Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by Lunar
Living Astrology, we certainly want to help you. Please read the
information below on how to proceed.
Do you need to cancel or change an order
that has not yet entered the delivery process? Contact us using our
e-mailer service ( click here or Request a Support Ticket ) to advise us of the
problem, concern or correction. Remember to use the same email address
that you used when you ordered the item.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item has a damaged or the order was incomplete, contact us at
the e-mail address that the product was delivered from. In the
alternative, use our contact e-mail address ( click here or Request a Support Ticket ) to advise us of the
problem. We keep track of your order based on your email address used
when you ordered. Please include that information in the contact
information.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item
you didn't order? Please return the item to the address the item
was sent from. Let us know why the item is being returned to us and
whether you would like the item replaced with the correct item or
reimbursement.
Are you missing an item? Check the
original order information that was included with your payment to
insure that you were charged for the item that was not received. Use
the email contact ( click here or Request a Support Ticket ) to advise us of the
missing item.
Wondering where your order is? If you
have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have
by now, please contact us using the email contact ( click here or Request a Support Ticket ). Remember that our
products require a minimum of 24 hours to process. If you have not
heard from us within 48 hours after your order, there is likely a
problem with the payment process. You may withdraw your credit card
payment if you have not been contacted with an order confirmation from
Lunar Living within 48 hours after your payment through your PayPal
account.
Not satisfied with the product you received?
If you are not happy with any of the items you have received from Lunar
Living, please contact us immediately with your concerns. We want to

refund policy on all our computerized charts and reports that you are
not satisfied with. We have a 10-day 50% refund policy on individual
reports that we have personally crafted for you.
